Q: Why do I need a WebStore?
A: The Basic WebStore is a dynamic tool to promote your business. Post up to 4 articles about your business and the products and services you offer, post pictures, descriptions, business information, terms & conditions and more! You may also upgrade your WebStore account to a full e-commerce site, create an online catalogue and sell products and services online!

Q: How do I get WebStore?
A: If you do not have a WebStore please contact your media sales representative or call 1-888- 890-5551. After you have signed up successfully and we will create a passkey for your account so you can login to the website from the homepage.

Q: I have registered with the site and logged in. Now what do I do?
A: The next step is to update and manage the content for your WebStore. You can edit account information, customize your WebStore, add and manage your photo gallery and sell your products and services online. It’s completely up to you where you would like to start first.

Q: Is there any specific type of picture I need to use?
A: Yes. JPEG images are the only kind you can upload from use.

Q: Does it matter how big the picture is?
A: Yes. Certain areas of your WebStore have customizable images. The images will be resized to fit the customized areas.

Q: Should I resize my images?
A: It is recommended, if not the images will be automatically resized to fit the space they will be placed. (See image size chart above) before you attempt to upload them.

Q: What about image compression? Why does my image look garbled?
A: Our image management software will automatically resize, optimize and compress the image you upload for our purposes. For best quality you will want to have your original file as an uncompressed JPEG.
